Admissions: Wristbands – Volunteer will place wristbands on customers who purchase admission to the powwow. They will also collect pre-sale tickets and place wristbands on those customer.

Arena: Dancers Water Assistant – Volunteer will assist Dr. Mario Garza in keeping the cooler next to the drum-singers filled with water and ice.

Dancers Tents: Dancer Assistant – Volunteer will meet dancers who drive up and leave their gear at the curb, and guard the gear. Also volunteer will assure that only dancers come in through the Dancers Gate, and that all other visitors are directed to the Admissions to enter the powwow. Provides water for dancers, drums, vendors.

Food Court: Assistant – Volunteers will assure that the area in the Food Court, including tables and chairs are kept clean and neat, depositing all trash in trash bins and all recycle items in the recycle bins.

Green Team: Assistant – Volunteer will drive golf cart around powwow and vendors area picking up trash and recycle items and depositing them in the trash bins and recycle bins.  When bins are full, volunteer will replace trash/recycle bags and drive full bags of trash to the trash bin and recycle items to the large recycle container.

Hospitality Tent Assistant - Help to prepare and distribute meals to dancers, volunteers and staff, and sell meals to public as a fundraiser.

Parking Lot Attendant – Volunteer will make sure that handicapped visitors are dropped off and taken safely to Admissions to wait for their driver who will go to Bobcat Stadium to park their car and return by Shuttle Bus to Admissions.  Volunteers will help steer traffic to Bobcat Stadium for parking, as all parking next to the powwow will be used only for vendors and dancers – no public parking except at Bobcat Stadium.

Pathfinders – Volunteer will ride in the Shuttle Bus and read a script instructing visitors about the powwow, as they ride into the grounds from Bobcat Stadium.

Boarding Assistant – Volunteer helps people who are ready to leave the powwow, to be seated in the waiting area in the parking lot where there will be 10 chairs.  The volunteer will be located at the Bus Gate Exit where she/he will direct visitors to go to the waiting area. The volunteer will guard the gate to make sure it is only used as an exit and direct visitors who want to enter the powwow, to go to the Admissions entry.

Beverages Stand (Fundraiser) – Volunteer sells water and sodas to public.

Volunteer Tent: Assistant – Volunteer will assist Coordinator in managing the Volunteers Tent, signing up volunteers when they arrive, making sure we have all contact information, providing water, beverages, and snacks. Fold and organize the t-shirts in "size" order.
